Former Kennedy Center Honoree Gloria Estefan Returns as Host
THE 46TH ANNUAL KENNEDY CENTRE HONOURS will broadcast live and on demand for Paramount subscribers with Showtime or on demand for Paramount Essential subscribers the day after the special airs, on the CBS Television Network on Wednesday, December 27 (9:00–11:00 PM, ET/PT).
The Honorees are, as previously announced, British singer-songwriter, producer, and member of the Bee Gees Barry Gibb; actor and comedian Billy Crystal; celebrated soprano Renée Fleming; rapper, singer, and actress Queen Latifah; and singer Dionne Warwick. Furthermore, Gloria Estefan a 2017 Kennedy Centre Honoree, returns to host the event for the third time.
The Kennedy Centre Honours honour and celebrate those whose singular contributions have influenced how we view the world, ourselves, and each other. Through the performing arts, each recipient has contributed to the rich tapestry of American life and culture.
